I went on a trip and everything here was perfect. The restaurant had a wide range of healthy meals for breakfast. The free parking was onsite, exceptional service. Extra touch as water was much appreciated too. I appreciated the location in a great setting in the restaurant Cucina.

Fabulous place with exceptional staff with the 7 stars service and nice music.

We had an amazing stay with excellent services by friendly staff that fulfilled of all our needs in connected rooms for a family of two adult and three children.

The location was amazing there, beautiful next to major shops. Further, it was right by the mall and Cornish, souq, great restaurants, and the center of downtown.

The setting is magnificent and wonderful, adjacent to the metropolitan areas as well as Crossroads Kitchen, very very nice area.

Lively hotel, excellent service, and exceptional value. The rooms beautifully maintained and contemporary with nice coffee, incredible bed. Extremely helpful staff; fast check in. A good restaurant and a sports bar available.

Not so great staff!

The location is great, with easy access to the city. The spa is fantastic and the staff at the front desk are very helpful. The restaurant options and bar are convenient. The room service burger is phenomenal.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

No flowers or fruit in the Executive Room.

Exceptionally large comfortable rooms, excellent beds, very good personal service at the reception, also in the restaurants, extremely original sports bar, very good Brazilian restaurant with fantastic service, good connection to the shopping mall, very good fitness center, large pool on the 7th floor

the pool area was a little dirty

The room met the purpose, well-kept and well-appointed on the upper floors. Central location was a plus. The fact that Decc subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

Everything met all required needs and I had a really really nice stay for an over night. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was healthy and exceptionally good with good spread of Arabic and the delicious South Indian food, as for instance. This hotel had a very central position next to the metro station...

I greatly enjoyed the room with great view, the bed was extremely comfy. The location for Doha was exceptionally nice, close enough to city center shopping mall. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the hotel.

The units are large for the house keeping. The interior is modern and design is classic.

The hotel had a serene and beautiful ambience with friendly and helpful staff. The Cross Road Kitchen staff, especially Neha, went above and beyond to make my mornings enjoyable. The executive access and amazing view were a perfect combination. The huge heated pool and spa services were enjoyable, and the location was perfect for exploring.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location is very central and perfect for our business. The reception is designed well and the interiors are of a high standard with just the right balance. The flowers were bright and smelt great. The reception staff, particularly a Filipino called Joyce, were excellent. Very efficient, very helpful and welcoming. Joyce was particularly unruffled, dealing with my quite demanding boss, I was impressed. I really love the views from my floor to ceiling windows in my room and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in of all hotels. The gym was also well equipped and had a good standard of equipment.

I had a funny noise in the first room they put me in. Like a creaking noise. They were swift to move me into another room and it really was not a problem at all. Nothing at all really to complain about, except sometimes there were too many staff mingling around in the lobby. But could one call that a criticism? Probably not as it meant you were also able to get what you needed.

I wanted to give a special thanks to the chef here for their amazing food. "It's really convenient to have quick access to the Gate Mall from this venue.
